A. Your AA Card takes 4-6 weeks to process. To speed up the process make sure that you complete your Scooter Warranty Card and mail it back to us as quickly as possible (most Invacare Distributors will help you with this).
A. In the first instance please contact the Distributor you purchased the Scooter from. They will be able to help you with this themselves or point you in the right direction of someone who can help.
A. Warranty terms vary from product to product. Please contact the person you purchased your Invacare product from or call customer services on 0508 468 222. If you own an Invacare Mobility Scooter you should have received and Invacare Warranty Card and you will be able to find warranty details on this.
