Cruising the high seas with oxygen has never been easier when using an Invacare Portable Concentrator

An AC power adapter that can be plugged into a wall outlet just like other electric appliances, comes as part of every standard Invacare XPO2 and SOLO2 Portable Oxygen Concentrator package. The AC power cord also doubles as a battery charger for the integrated internal battery or the external battery pack. By simply plugging the AC cord into a standard wall outlet, the XPO2 or SOLO2 can be used to generate oxygen for patient use, recharge the batteries, or do both simultaneously.

The AC power option represents another way that Invacare portable concentrators are one of the most convenient, flexible oxygen generating devices on the market today. This is especially true when using the XPO2 and SOLO2 while on a cruise ship, as all cabins have AC power outlets which can be used just like the power outlets in your home. Most cruise ships also have power outlets available throughout different areas of the ship, so be sure to check with cruise ship personnel to insure you are seated in the dining and recreation areas where power outlets are accessible. Batteries can be used during activities outside of the cabin or where wall outlets are not accessible.

With the XPO2 and SOLO2 concentrators, a patient now has access to an unlimited supply of oxygen when on the water - in other words, there are no limits to how far a patient can cruise with an Invacare portable oxygen concentrator!
