Invacare welcomes new faces

So far 2008 has been a 'bumper' of a year for the Homecare team here at Invacare, and fingers crossed things will continue that way. However like in all organizations it comes down to teamwork, and its here that we have really been blessed with a crew of positive hard working individuals. We have had two new members join in recent months, first being Abby Pearson our new Homecare Product Specialist for the Auckland, Hamilton,Tauranga and Bay of Plenty region.

Abby until last year was a practicing Occupational Therapist in the UK (in both London and Cornwall ), she hails a BSc (Psychology) from Cardiff UK and a PGDip in Occupational Therapy from Edinburgh. Until recent months Abby was working as a Community Occupational Therapist for the Waitemata DHB. With her extensive clinical experience and great personality we are more than confident that she will make this role her own in no time. She looks forward to working and meeting with you all.

Recently we have had to say farewell to the lovely Emily in our trials department, who has taken on a new position within our Consumercare team. Emily's sunny nature will be sorely missed, however it has allowed us the privilege of welcoming Angela Otimi who brings a wealth of inventory systems knowledge with her. Welcome Angela.

Another shuffle within the Homecare team has seen Michelle Turner taking over Lititia Walker's role as Product Specialist for Auckland Mobility Solutions. Mobility Solutions is a specialist wheelchair and seating service covering the greater Auckland region. We are confident that Michelle will be just as fabulous in her new position as she was in her last.
