The Foam Air and Foam Air Plus mattresses are designed to cater for patients who are at high risk or have already developed a pressure ulcer. A combination of foam and air flotation can be used, and a central and/or foot end cut-out allows an air flotation section to be inserted. This provides maximum protection to the sacral and/or heel area.
